Under general direction, provide a safe, clean and efficient aquatic environment for employees and patrons. Prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatics incidents/injuries. Responsible for customer safety and uniformly enforcing pool safety rules. Assist with facility maintenance. Respond quickly to all emergency situations while on or off stand. Ensure maximum safety of all patrons in the aquatics facility. Be prepared for any problems or emergency situations. Always be polite, helpful and friendly to all patrons, co-workers and other employees. Maintain the station rotation in a prompt and proper fashion. Be aware of who and when you "bump". Attend all pre-season and in-service training sessions, as scheduled. Accept and perform any additional responsibilities or duties that are assigned by Management Staff.
