We're a fast-growing startup on a mission to bring modern horticulture to every home in America. We sell and ship beautiful, healthy plants through two distinct brands Lively Root and Hey Rooted and we're building a community of people who love what grows. Our team is collaborative, close-knit, and genuinely loves what we build. We're looking for a creative self-starter who's excited to shape our brands' voices and help us grow. We're looking for a Social Media & Partnership Manager to own the social presence of two distinct brands Lively Root and Hey Rooted end-to-end. You'll be the creative engine behind both channels building strategy, producing content, growing our communities, and managing relationships with influencers and press. A key part of this role is understanding and honoring the unique voice, aesthetic, and audience of each brand, while operating efficiently across both. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and receive strategic guidance, while having the autonomy to execute and bring ideas to life. This is a highly entrepreneurial role: you'll have real ownership, move quickly, and make a visible impact from day one.
