Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) is
REQUIRED 5-7 years of
recent
experience in a senior payroll leadership position - managing up to 17 direct reports including supervisors, managers, etc Global management experience is also preferred Strong technical skills will include advanced Excel proficiency and ADP (WFN) is preferred Understanding of state, federal, local tax regulations Process improvement Resolution of escalated payroll concerns Effective written and verbal communication Responsibilities: Leadership and direction to a professional team of payroll professionals to include Supervisors, Managers and Individual Contributors across the US Effective coaching, training and development Compliance Building and maintaining relationships Ensure compliant payroll processing throughout multiple jurisdictions Seniority level
