Reporting to the VP, Global Fresh Delivery, the
Senior Director of National Accounts
will serve as a highly visible leader on the Krispy Kreme sales team. This role is directly accountable for delivering sales growth and profitability targets, cultivating and deepening strategic customer partnerships, and accelerating business growth across grocery and convenience store channels throughout the Eastern United States.
The successful candidate will bring strong strategic thought leadership, best‑in‑class account management capabilities, and sharp commercial acumen. A results‑oriented mindset, paired with a bias for action and the ability to influence across functions, will be critical to success in driving sustained performance and long‑term value.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and lead go‑to‑market initiatives.
Forecast revenue and manage pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
Lead the customer service and sales ops to deliver on customer needs and requirements.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and account executives.
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear KPIs and coach teams to exceed targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead negotiations for high‑value deals and strategic partnerships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consultative selling.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Integrated Ops, Marketing, Product and Finance to align efforts.
Provide market feedback to influence decision making across the organization.
Represent the sales function in executive‑level planning and decision‑making.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
15+ years of progressive business experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in growth environments.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with mass, grocery and convenience store customers in a DSD environment.
