What you will do in this role
Sell
insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals.
Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service with clear communication.
Resolve questions and service issues that require a valid insurance license with professionalism and accuracy.
Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customers feel heard and supported.
Educate customers on policy options and documentation, clearly explaining required steps or updates.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products aligned with customer needs.
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a smooth and engaging conversation.
Document interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity of service.
Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion deliver value with every customer interaction. Qualified candidates will have:
Fluency in Spanish
1+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, upselling, cross-selling, retail or consultative selling)
Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close sales
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Verifiable high school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation and PC skills
Ability to multitask while using CRM tools, quoting systems, and handling customer interactions
High-speed internet
Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps upload / 40 Mbps download (50 Mbps combined)
No wireless, hotspots, or satellite connections
A smartphone for authentication and communication
Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. residential address
