We're hiring a Director of Sales to drive growth in a
complex enterprise retail ecosystem . In this role, you will penetrate new relationships, expand executive access, and lead multistakeholder deals to closure in the
data, analytics, and measurement
space.
This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and uses data creatively to drive decisions and revenue.
What You'll Do Own revenue and pipeline
Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy.
Create and sustain deal momentum by setting clear next steps, decision criteria, and timelines.
Penetrate new relationships in a complex ecosystem
Navigate large, matrixed retail organizations and identify net-new entry points.
Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders across commercial, insights, data, and technology teams.
Expand opportunity surface area by creating demand where no formal buying motion exists.
Sell with data
Translate complex data and analytics into simple, compelling value stories.
Use data creatively to reframe business problems, surface growth opportunities, and drive urgency.
Partner cross-functionally to shape differentiated solutions and proposals.
Drive complex deal closure
Lead multistakeholder, enterprise-level deals to close.
Address common data-related obstacles (governance, overlap, proof of value) with confidence.
Manage negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
Consistent achievement of revenue targets with strong pipeline velocity.
New senior relationships established that unlock incremental growth.
Higher win rates on complex, data-driven deals.
Recognition as a trusted advisor who drives clarity and action through data.

Qualifications
Experience selling data, analytics, or measurement solutions in an enterprise, consultative environment.
Proven ability to penetrate new relationships and close complex deals.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Executive-level communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working with retail, CPG, or large enterprise ecosystems.
Familiarity with analytics, insights, or measurement platforms.
Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $117,500 to $142,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The role may also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
