Senior Designer Sleepwear Apparel

We’re an established company seeking a creative, trend-savvy Senior Sleepwear Designer with 4–6+ years of experience in sleepwear, loungewear, and underwear. This role is open to candidates with Men’s, Women’s, and Kids experience. We work with several brands as well as private label.
Responsibilities
Research market trends, colors, prints, and silhouettes.
Design seasonal concepts for licensed and private label brands.
Create CADs and detailed tech packs.
Partner with Technical Design, Graphics, and Production teams to ensure product accuracy and on-time delivery.
Communicate daily with factories and vendors.
Stay up to date on competitive market trends and share insights.
Manage priorities and meet design calendar deadlines.
Requirements
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Solid understanding of knitwear and garment construction.
Portfolio required at time of interview.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
