Statewide Director, ESL & Multilingual Programs

A public charter school network is seeking a Director of ESL and Related Programs to lead transformational academic, linguistic, and graduation outcomes for emergent bilingual students in grades 6–12. The successful candidate will design statewide ESL systems and build frameworks that enhance language development across campuses. A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, preferably in secondary education, is required. The role involves a hybrid work environment with moderate travel.
