$65,000–$85,000 base + bonus
Job Overview We are seeking a
Business Development Specialist
with a
sales-driven mindset
to grow referral relationships and expand our presence in the healthcare community. This is a
field-based, outside sales role
focused on building strong relationships with physician offices, clinical teams, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow
referral relationships
within an assigned healthcare territory
Conduct
in-person sales visits
to physician offices and healthcare providers
Promote company services, benefits, and value to referral sources
Meet or exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual referral goals
Schedule and lead
educational meetings
with physicians, advanced practice providers, and office staff
Track outreach activities, referrals, and market trends using internal systems
Provide feedback on branding, marketing effectiveness, and competitor activity
Represent the company at
trade shows, networking events, and community outreach activities
Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to understand services and patient needs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales, business development, or marketing experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a
field-based / outside sales environment
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
Knowledge of healthcare environments, medical services, or provider-facing roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or clinical sales experience
Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
Outside sales or territory management background
Candidates with strong sales experience and healthcare exposure are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement.
Travel & Schedule
Field-based role with
up to 50% local travel
Flexible schedule based on provider availability
Base Salary:
$65,000–$85,000 + performance bonus
Paid Time Off:
Up to 96 hours first year (prorated)
