Business Development Specialist Intern – Chapter Miami (FL) Please read carefully before applying. Candidates must have a strong interest in real estate, business development, or partnerships. Prior experience in sales, real estate, or client-facing roles is a plus. This is a 6‑month, full‑time internship intended to lead to a full‑time role in Business Development or Partnerships for the right candidate. This is not a part‑time role. Working hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Location & Mobility Requirements Position is based in Miami, Florida Must be local to Miami or nearby Valid driver’s license and access to a car are required Ability to travel across Miami to meet brokers, real estate agents, and partners Internship Compensation $2,500/month stipend Commute expenses included In addition, interns will receive a percentage‑based commission on business generated through partnerships they develop. Training & Growth The intern will complete a training program led by Chapter leadership, focused on: Chapter’s service offering and positioning Partnership development and deal flow Following training, the intern will actively support and develop partnerships that generate renovation projects for Chapter. A full‑time position will be offered to interns who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and ability to generate business opportunities. About the Role This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building relationships that drive project flow into Chapter. You will operate at the intersection of real estate, construction, and client acquisition—working closely with brokers, agents, and property stakeholders. This is a highly external, relationship‑driven role suited for someone who is proactive, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations. Job Responsibilities Identify and build relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and developers Conduct outreach (in‑person, email, and phone) to generate new partnerships Attend meetings, site visits, and networking events across Miami Support deal sourcing and track incoming opportunities Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and projects Assist in preparing presentations and partnership materials Coordinate with internal teams to align opportunities with execution Track and report partnership performance and lead flow Qualifications Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field Strong interest in real estate, partnerships, or business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with outreach and relationship‑building Highly organized and proactive Ability to operate independently and take initiative Team‑oriented and reliable Familiarity with the Miami real estate market is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
