Overview Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day B2C marketing activities for EVENTIM USA and assist with the marketing, communication, and coordination needs of the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympic Games ticketing program (LA28). This role acts as a key connection point between EVENTIM USA, CTS EVENTIM (HQ), AXS, and LA28, ensuring clear information flow, timely execution, and alignment across partners as the project evolves and scales. This position is hybrid and requires regular in-office collaboration in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, support the planning and execution of marketing activities across CRM, social media, and web channels for EVENTIM USA and the LA28 ticketing program.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners—including EVENTIM HQ, AXS, and LA28—to ensure timely coordination of tasks, alignment of requirements, and consistent delivery of marketing activities.
Support the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including data analysis, audience segmentation, QA, and scheduling of newsletters, e-blasts, and transactional communications for EVENTIM USA and LA28.
Support social media by preparing content, sourcing and organizing assets, coordinating partner posts, scheduling updates, and maintaining daily engagement activity.
Assist in the creation, formatting, and updating of campaign pages, homepage placements, metadata, and other web content required to support event visibility and ticketing workflows.
Serve as the primary US-market counterpart to the HQ Paid Marketing team, providing actionable local insights to optimize paid media performance, with a focus on SEA and LA28 initiatives.
Collect, prepare, and create performance reports by compiling data from CRM, social, and analytics tools to deliver regular, actionable updates for EVENTIM, AXS, and LA28.
Coordinate communication timelines, follow-up actions, and task documentation related to LA28 ticketing deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate external marketing agencies, ensuring campaign delivery aligns with EVENTIM USA and LA28 objectives, timelines, and performance KPIs.
Provide administrative and operational support in the planning and execution of day-to-day marketing activities as project requirements expand.
During the project, perform additional duties within the scope of the ticketing and marketing program as required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000-$95,000
