Job Overview
As the official distributor of Hollyland, HEVO Technology is dedicated to promoting and expanding the brand’s global presence. We are seeking an Offline Marketing Specialist to drive traditional, non-digital marketing initiatives that elevate Hollyland’s visibility and engagement. This role focuses on planning, executing, and managing offline campaigns including exhibitions, events, and retail activations to strengthen brand awareness and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Exhibitions and Offline Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute regional exhibitions and offline product promotion events in alignment with brand strategy. Manage event budgets, vendors, equipment, and venues to ensure smooth execution.
Regional Promotion Resource Integration: Coordinate collaborations with KOLs and KOCs, as well as associations, institutions, and distributors, to integrate resources and enhance brand visibility in regional markets.
Storefront and In-store Visual Merchandising Support: Design and manage storefronts and visual merchandising to maintain brand consistency and appeal across retail locations. Ensure in-store product displays and layouts align with brand standards.
Event Effectiveness Evaluation and Resource Management: Evaluate the performance of exhibitions and offline events, analyze data, and provide insights into ROI. Manage offline marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially Sales and Marketing, to ensure offline activities align with overall strategic objectives.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay current with offline marketing trends and emerging tools, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand exposure and event effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Event Management, or Public Relations.
Proficient in English for daily work communication; Spanish language skills are a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in overseas event planning; strong capabilities in channel development, market-oriented thinking, understanding of hardware products, and data-driven analytical skills.
Outgoing personality with strong self-drive and responsibility. A positive attitude and a professional demeanour with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills. A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, proactively address potential issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage frequent travel assignments.
