This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Houston, TX. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to lead and execute a dynamic, multi-channel marketing program for a growing fashion and lifestyle brand. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute—owning everything from campaign development to performance analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing and executing social media, content creation, email campaigns, event marketing, website management and PR outreach to support brand growth and awareness. The role also involves tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to ensure effective results.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and Performance Lead weekly team touch bases to ensure alignment across internal stakeholders
Analyze performance across marketing channels and deliver actionable insights
Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and new channel development
Email and Lifecycle Marketing Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution
Develop campaign calendars, messaging, segmentation, and testing strategies
Track and optimize performance to drive engagement and revenue
Website and Digital Experience
Manage ongoing website updates in alignment with the marketing calendar
Provide recommendations to improve user experience, merchandising, and conversion
Translate press features into compelling, SEO-friendly blog content
Experience with Shopify is a Plus
Content and Social Media Oversee and execute social media strategy across platforms including Instagram and
TikTok
Plan and Create engaging content (video and photos) and collaborate with in-house
team to execute
Lead scheduling, posting, and content planning, including competitive research and
ideation
Creative and Brand Execution Develop graphics for all marketing channels
Ensure consistency across all visual and brand touchpoints
Influencer and Partnerships Lead influencer outreach, seeding, and relationship management
Identify and execute partnership opportunities to expand brand awareness
Qualifications Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
Experience in Digital Marketing including Social Media Management, SEO, and Email Marketing
Strong Content Creation skills, including Copywriting, Editing, and Visual Design
Proficiency in Analytics and Metrics to track and report on marketing performance
Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
Proficiency with marketing tools and software such as CRM, analytics platforms, and graphic design programs - Canva and Shopify
Experience within the luxury or fashion industry is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
