Marketing Coordinator, Multifamily Reports to: Senior Marketing Director Team: Marketing (Brand, Digital, Field Marketing, Reputation, Creative) Location: Austin Operations Office The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of apartment communities. This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative and creative marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Director and onsite teams to ensure consistent branding, timely campaign execution, and effective marketing support. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and on-site channels Maintain accurate and consistent property, resident, and lead data across PMS and CRM platforms (Yardi, ResMan, Knock) Design and manage signage and promotional display, overseeing vendor communications, production, and installation to ensure brand consistency and on‑time execution Facilitate weekly check‑ins with ownership groups, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and execution of key initiatives Manage website launches and ongoing updates, ensuring accurate property information, optimized user experience, and alignment with marketing initiatives Partner with third‑party advertising agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance Coordinate marketing collateral, including flyers, signage, and promotional materials Ensure brand consistency across all properties and marketing channels Support outreach marketing efforts and local partnership initiatives Coordinate vendor requests, invoices, and marketing‑related administrative tasks Provide support for new property launches, lease‑ups, and rebranding initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 2+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or real estate industry preferred) Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and follow‑through Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams Customer service mindset when supporting onsite team Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career growth within a growing organization A collaborative and supportive team environment EEO & Fair Housing Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and fully support Fair Housing principles.
