Custom Apparel Printing & Graphic Design Associate $18 - $22 / hour At Extra Mile E-Commerce, we build and operate a portfolio of brands across sports, games, and custom products. We focus on execution, speed, and continuous improvement. Our custom apparel team designs and produces products for teams, companies, and events, and this role is a key part of that operation. We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to gain real experience quickly. You’ll work on customer designs, prepare files for production, and help produce finished apparel. You’ll see your work go from idea to final product. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility from day one. What you’ll do: Clean up and adjust submitted artwork Prepare print-ready files (vector, color setup, sizing) Ensure accuracy and quality before items go to print Help improve workflows and design processes over time What we’re looking for: Early career or recent graduate Graphic design experience (degree preferred, not required) Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Detail-oriented and organized Coachable and willing to improve Strong teammate with a positive attitude Gain experience in both design and production Work on a wide range of real projects Be part of a growing, execution‑focused team How to apply: Please email your resume and any design samples or portfolio to careers@extramile.com .
