SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel is a locally owned and operated restoration company serving communities across northern Monmouth County. We specialize in fire, water, mold, and storm damage cleanup and restoration, helping homeowners and businesses get back on their feet “Like it never even happened.”We’re hiring a driven Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR) to grow our presence across Northern Monmouth County, strengthen referral relationships, and help lead local events, promotions, and community visibility efforts.

What You’ll Do
Own relationship-building efforts across Northern Monmouth County with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, plumbers, and commercial partners
Represent SERVPRO of Aberdeen/Holmdel at networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, sponsorships, and community activations
Help coordinate and execute events, promotions, CE classes, and local brand campaigns
Build referral pipelines through cold outreach, in-person drop-ins, follow‑up meetings, and strategic account touches
Deliver confident presentations to insurance and property professionals on our restoration capabilities
Maintain strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, including call logs, next steps, and pipeline tracking
Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure excellent customer experience and follow‑through
Help increase brand visibility through social media support, local partnerships, and boots‑on‑the‑ground marketing

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn/social media, and event coordination
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience
1–3 years in sales, marketing, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, fundraising, events, or customer‑facing roles preferred
Recent college graduates with strong internship, campus leadership, athletic, Greek life, or event experience are encouraged to apply
Restoration, insurance, or property management knowledge is a plus, but grit, coachability, and work ethic matter more
