Graphic Designer - Junior Job at Nexus Agriscience in Livermore

Nexus Agriscience is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast moving creative team. This role will work directly under our Senior Designer, providing design support across all marketing promotions, social content, email campaigns, and brand materials.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to learn while contributing to high visibility projects that shape the global perception of natural ingredients, cannabis, and terpene brands.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Designer to produce clean, compelling assets.
• Design and prepare creative for promos, social campaigns, and email marketing.
• Support HubSpot email campaigns and landing pages (headers, backgrounds, images).
• Create and maintain brand-aligned design assets for print and digital.
• Assist with presentation design (decks, one-pagers).
• Deliver production-ready files for all outputs.
• Stay current with design trends, cultural aesthetics, and UI/UX best practices.

Salary

$73000 - $78000 USD per year

Required Skills

• 13 years of professional design experience (internship or freelance work considered).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Experience or willingness to learn HubSpot design functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

• Experience with AI design tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
• Familiarity with cannabis, ingredients, or CPG brands.
• Presentation design skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
