Role Description This is a full-time, in office role in Houston, TX, for a Portfolio Community Association Manager. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, coordinating with board members and homeowners, managing budgets, supervising contracts and vendor services, facilitating regular meetings, ensuring compliance with community bylaws, and addressing homeowner concerns. The Community Association Manager will also be responsible for fostering effective communication among stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships within the community. Qualifications Expertise in community association management, including knowledge of HOA/COA/Developer/Commercial operations and governing laws/regulations Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Budget management, financial reporting, and vendor management experience Proficiency with property management software, Vantaca, StrongRoom, Microsoft Office, and general technology tools Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Prior experience working with boards, homeowners, and service providers is highly desirable Relevant certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or equivalent are preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field Commitment to providing extraordinary customer service and fostering community growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
