Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced

Influencer Marketing Manager

to join our growing Marketing team. The Influencer Marketing Manager will work alongside company leaders to develop brand, influencer, public relations, and community strategy that will be critical for business growth, brand development, community building, and an evolving content engine. Position Duties / Responsibilities General Marketing

Identify marketing trends/technologies and propose innovative ideas for marketing initiatives, especially within the social media/influencer ecosystem

Manage direct reports, fostering strong performance and career growth, as they support the marketing team in tandem

Partner with the Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies that promote brand awareness and e-commerce growth

Work cross-functionally with the marketing, e-commerce, and buying/planning teams to support business and content needs

Support the marketing team with brand activations and events as a brand representative, building relationships with our community

Source and propose celebrities, influencers, and brands for potential product and content collaborations

Select seasonal key marketing styles in partnership with cross-functional teams based on fashion, social media, and influencer trends

Influencer Marketing

Lead the development of influencer strategy to improve the full marketing funnel—increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion

Manage paid influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, including concepting, budget management, sourcing, outreach, contract negotiation, product management, content briefs, and asset management

Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with talent and agents

Develop and execute affiliate program strategy, including ShopMy and LTK, to increase revenue and maintain continuous content output

Analyze and report on paid and unpaid influencer KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy

Support CCO with managing communication with a PR agency regarding paid partnerships, products, contracts, briefs, and approvals

Curate product lists and coordinate shipments for influencer marketing, press events, gifting campaigns

Oversee gifting and seeding programs, including ideating and building PR boxes, for media, influencers, consumers, and total brand network

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises 1-2 employees within the marketing department.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

4-5 years of influencer marketing and/or related marketing experience required

Experience working with a fashion brand preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps required

Proficiency in creating spreadsheets used to manage campaigns and slides to pitch marketing initiatives and strategies required

Experience with social media and influencer marketing tools required (e.g. LTK, ShopMy, GRIN, TRIBE, Dash Hudson, etc.)

Experience with Asana, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with an analytical and strategic mind

Highly organized with careful attention to detail

Works well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Creative thinker and up to date on emerging marketing trends

Excellent project management skills with flexibility to switch between multiple projects

Enjoy working in a creative and high-energy environment that requires flexibility as we build a dynamic and fast-growing marketing program

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a hybrid office-based role requiring frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires continual use of computers and office equipment, finger and eyesight dexterity and occasional lifting of items over 10-25 pounds. Work is primarily conducted in an air‑conditioned office environment or home office setting with occasional outside weather conditions.

POSITION SALARY RANGE $85,000 - $95,000 Annually

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
