Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Wedding Photographer located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role involves leading the photography process for wedding events, following Limelight Timelines + Shot Lists, collaborating with clients, team members and other wedding vendors, directing clients and posing them with ease + confidence, capturing key moments, and post‑event tasks such as image uploading (no editing required!). Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a photographer in the wedding industry. Have weekend availability. Expertise in Wedding Photography, Event Photography, and general Photography. Strong technical skills and highly creative. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate team efforts. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to dynamic, on‑site event environments. Access to professional‑grade photography equipment and reliability in maintaining its use.
