We’re seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join our growing Customs Brokerage team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing import files from start to finish while delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do Manage import accounts A–Z, ensuring timely and compliant Customs clearance Prepare, file, and transmit Customs entries, ISFs, ACH statements, and supporting documentation Classify merchandise using HTS, apply correct valuation, and stay current on tariff changes Coordinate with U.S. Customs, Participating Government Agencies (PGAs), carriers, and internal teams Resolve clearance issues, customer inquiries, and discrepancies efficiently Maintain accurate records in brokerage systems (CargoWise experience a plus) What You Bring Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on customs entry writing experience Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, ISF filing, HTS classification, and PGA requirements Experience in CargoWise1 preferred Experience with import commodities (metal commodities preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and brokerage systems High ethical standards and a collaborative, team‑first mindset Why Join Us Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on complex, end‑to‑end import transactions Role with real impact on customer satisfaction and operational success If you’re passionate about compliance, accuracy, and customer service—and want to grow your career in customs brokerage—we’d love to hear from you.
