Offer Description The main scope of duties
Preparation of grant applications by Ł-ICiMB for funding within research projects, both at the national and international level.
Participation in research and development activities of the Cement Research Group, as well as of the entire Ł-ICiMB.
Maintaining documentation related to research and development work.
Compliance with quality policy and the principles of impartiality, independence, objectivity, and confidentiality.
Performing auxiliary tasks assigned by a supervisor and related to the operation of the Cement Research Group.
Continuous development of theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to assigned duties.

Working circumstances
Remuneration in accordance with the Remuneration Regulations of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials.
Additional benefits: social benefits provided under the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS) and other benefits in accordance with the Remuneration Regulations of Ł-ICiMB .
Employment contract for a probationary period of 3 months (with the possibility of further employment).
Higher education, at least a doctoral degree (preferred scientific disciplines: materials engineering, civil engineering, geodesy and transport, environmental engineering, chemical engineering).
At least 20 years of experience in the research and development sector, including independent management of research projects funded from national and international sources.
Publication record based on journals with an Impact Factor (IF), with an expected Hirsch index of at least 10.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Fluent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of English or another modern foreign language at the B2–C1 level.
Additionally, the candidate must meet at least four of the following criteria:
Organization or co-organization of at least one international scientific or industry conference, as well as active participation in at least four national or international scientific or industry conferences as a speaker, panelist, or expert.
Authorship or co-authorship of scientific publications (minimum of 4 scored publications, including at least one in the TOP 10% of SCOPUS-ranked journals), as well as industry reports or analyses relevant to the Institute’s research areas.
Participation in at least four research and development projects as an active team member, along with experience in leading a research team in at least one national or international project.
Experience in implementation activities or cooperation with the business sector in the commercialization of research results.
Award of a national or international scientific scholarship (e.g. NAWA, Fulbright, Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Actions, ERC, NCN) or funding obtained from the Institute.
At least two awards or distinctions for scientific or research work (e.g. institutional or industry awards, scholarships for young researchers, distinctions in scientific competitions).
Membership in at least two national or international scientific organizations, committees, or expert groups.
Experience in mentoring or delivering specialized training for students, doctoral candidates, or other members of research teams.
Experience of working in a laboratory compliant with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 quality system.
Knowledge of operating basic laboratory equipment.
