Overview Targeted Victory is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support and grow our texting and digital engagement programs, with a primary focus on P2P and two-way texting. This role blends hands‑on execution of outbound and inbound messaging campaigns with broader responsibilities across creative development, digital content, and audience engagement.

The Analyst will work across political, advocacy, nonprofit, and corporate clients to develop and execute high‑performing messaging strategies, contribute to creative and advertising initiatives, and support real‑time 1:1 engagement efforts. This position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, an interest in persuasive communication, and a desire to build experience across texting, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.

Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of P2P and two‑way texting programs across clients and collaborate with internal teams to align texting campaigns with paid media and marketing strategies

Draft, refine, and optimize outbound text copy across persuasion, advocacy, and engagement use cases

Manage inbound response engagement, including crafting replies and shaping conversation flow

Facilitate day‑to‑day texting operations, including scheduling, deployment, QA, and performance tracking

Analyze engagement metrics and iterate on messaging strategy to improve performance

Develop and contribute to digital creative assets, including ad copy, graphics, and multimedia content

Assist in developing audience targeting, tone, cadence, and engagement strategies across programs

Engage with online communities, stakeholders, and supporters to drive awareness and participation

Stay current on best practices in texting, digital engagement, and social media strategy

Develop familiarity with text carrier regulations, compliance standards, and the technical infrastructure underpinning P2P and two‑way texting programs

Qualifications This position is for individuals who are self‑starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:

Relative internship experience or at least 1‑2 years of professional experience in social media management, media monitoring, and digital marketing

Interest in or experience with texting, conversational messaging, or audience engagement strategies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for community management

Experience developing and executing social media campaigns that engage and mobilize audiences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner

Ability to think strategically about audience targeting, tone, and message effectiveness

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

Detail‑oriented with a focus on execution, QA, and performance optimization

Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams, including strategy, accounts, and creative
