Girdwood, Alaska .
What You’ll Do As a
Server at Seven Glaciers
you’ll play an essential role in daily operations and maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect with their dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Greet guests, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Learn menu items and daily specials.
Working knowledge of spirits, beer and wines.
Write order on check and enter ordered items in RTP system.
Serve courses from kitchen and bar.
Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and determine when meal has been completed.
Assist in preparation of some items, as determined by Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager.
Clear and reset counters and/or tables at conclusion of each course, arrange tablesetting.

What We Need
Obtain a valid TAPS Card.
Obtain a Food Handlers Card.
Experience in similar server setting preferred.
Experience in a customer service setting.
The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.

Be on your feet for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy restaurant environment.
Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special events.
