As a CSR II with Bron, you’ll assist customers with placing orders, handle inbound phone calls, and support company sales goals. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and work collaboratively with multiple departments to solve problems for the customers we serve.

Starting pay is $22 - $32/DOE per hour plus benefits. Open until filled.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Order entry and management; Ability to interact and effectively manage various types of customer portals for order management
Inventory management; efficiently locate available inventory, including similar sizes or colors if exact matches are unavailable. Communicate inventory issues to appropriate personnel
Providing order status, product information, account status, pricing, or service to customers and Application Specialists in a timely manner
Communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
Maintaining close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse
Creation and maintenance of records relating to customer and vendor transactions; processing customer payments and documents.
Support local and company-wide sales goals
Basic understanding of the estimating process to build quotes based on provided information; Demonstrate understanding of Bron products and suggest and quote products based on customer needs/order history.
Resource for teammates on CSR databases
Assess/qualify new leads for sales representative engagement adhering to process
Effectively handle release-upon-request blankets, dock date blankets, and stocking agreements, to ensure accurate processing.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information by identifying and addressing any inconsistencies with the appropriate departments.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
Thrive in fast paced office with ability to multi-task
Strong basic math skills for conversion of different units of measure, both metric and imperial
Proficient with Microsoft 356; intermediate skills in Excel
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with NetSuite required
Experience with HubSpot desired
Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload effectively
High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent is required
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
