
Parts Counterperson

Come join the team at Caskinette Ford! We are the largest volume dealerships in the North Country. Due to our Service expansion and high customer demand we are hiring a Parts Counter Person. Our fast-paced, busy environment keeps you engaged, as we handle a high volume of customer needs daily!
Responsibilities
Receiving, stocking, picking and shipping
Assisting with packing and unpacking parts
Responding quickly to technicians' parts requests
Researching and locating products
Running various inventory reports in order to maintain proper inventory
Professional handling of phones and counter sales as needed
Effectively communicating with employees, customers, managers, vendors, and the public
Qualifications
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Positive, friendly attitude while providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
