Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Sweater Designer to launch proto, SRS tech packs for all seasonal sweater collections.

Daily communication with sweater factories to ensure sample execution as desired from the early stages of development through final production

Sourcing yarn, trim, and developing stitches

Prioritize workload based on yarn/garment delivery, ensuring seasonal deadlines are met

Collaborate production teams to ensure ideal product while also maintaining margins, suggesting more cost‑effective options as needed

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a women’s Sweater designer or Technical designer

Experience in leading fittings

Exhibit a strong working knowledge of Sweater garment construction, including stitch / gauge / technical capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Innate sense of urgency and organizational skills; technical and detail‑oriented

Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment

Proactive, problem‑solver, dedicated, deadline‑driven and self‑motivated/entrepreneurial

Training & Development

This is a full‑time role with a salary range between $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
