Job Title Customer Service/ Inbound Sales Representative Onsite

Job Description The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

Provide inbound customer support.

Help customers resolve technical issues.

Assist in correcting billing concerns.

Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.

High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred

Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred

Courteous with strong customer service orientation

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking

Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner

Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

The base salary range for this position is $16‑$17/hr (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
