Main Responsibilities
Shape and drive the EMEA marketing strategy, aligning regional goals with local market needs.
Lead product launches and lifecycle management, including campaigns, positioning, and marketing materials to empower Sales and Marketing teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide strategy and uncover opportunities.
Support events, workshops, and educational programs, while actively educating and training Sales and Marketing teams.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market insights and develop key therapeutic areas.
Drive market development initiatives for Venous and Peripheral Embolisation therapies, proactively identifying opportunities and supporting regional expansion.
Collaborate with other functions such as Clinical, Reimbursement, or Operations to implement initiatives, define tactics, and grow your professional network.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing or commercial roles, with proven product launch and campaign execution experience.
Strong understanding of vascular therapy markets, especially minimally invasive interventional treatments, with experience in venous or embolization therapies.
Familiarity with clinical environments such as interventional radiology, cathlab, or operating room settings is an advantage.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in healthcare.
Ability to translate clinical and market insights into commercial marketing actions.
Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
