Responsibilities
Plan, direct, or coordinate the selling, buying, leasing, or governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties. Includes managers of homeowner and condominium associations, rented or leased housing units, buildings, or land (including rights‑of‑way).
Role Summary Purpose: The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a diverse residential and commercial portfolio, ensuring high occupancy rates and optimal financial performance.
Impact: This role directly influences the long-term value of real estate assets and the quality of life for hundreds of residents through proactive management and ESG initiatives.
Team Structure Part of the Regional Operations team, working alongside 2 Assistant Property Managers and reporting to the Regional Director.
Reports To Reports to the Regional Director of Operations.
Working Conditions Travel Required: 20%
Standard business hours with on‑call availability for emergencies.

Ability to conduct property walk‑throughs and inspections
