Location Job Description The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for executing order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping equipment based on sales orders and rental requests. This role supports inventory accuracy through routine audits and reconciliation, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of both rental and saleable products. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship orders based on sales quotes, purchase orders, and system-generated pick tickets

Verify order accuracy, quantities, and configurations prior to shipment

Prepare shipments for both rental and saleable equipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation

Receive and process incoming inventory, including inspection and system entry

Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and monthly reconciliation with the billing team

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders

Organize and maintain warehouse stock, including designated storage locations and PAR levels

Perform light assembly of equipment, cabling, or components as required

Support returns processing, including inspection and restocking of rental equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards

Communicate order status, issues, or delays to internal teams as needed

Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling and inventory tracking

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Mechanically inclined with ability to perform light assembly work

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or inventory control preferred

Experience with inventory systems, ERP platforms, or shipping software preferred

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual material handling tasks
