The Role An established building technologies firm is seeking a
Sales Engineer
to join its Rocky Mountain sales team. This role focuses on building long-term B2B relationships while supporting complex HVAC and building automation projects from a consultative and technical perspective.
Key responsibilities include
Providing consultative support on building control and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners
Estimating control system hardware and installation costs based on drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Collaborating closely with internal engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution
Delivering industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering community
Working with customers to define scope and pricing for multi-year service agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvements, and training initiatives

Proven track of sales experience in the HVAC/Mechanical systems industry
Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivation and comfort working independently
