Active Real Estate License
Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
Strong Sales and Customer Service expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Washington DC-Baltimore real estate market is a plus
Access to transportation for property showings and client meetings
