Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)

Role Overview As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will focus on customer interaction, outreach, and relationship-building, while supporting agency growth through thoughtful, needs-based conversations. This role starts with a strong service foundation and includes the opportunity to develop sales skills over time.
Success in this role is measured by customer engagement, activity, and contribution to both service and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and outreach
Provide a positive, helpful customer experience in every interaction
Build and maintain relationships to support long-term retention and trust
Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities
Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions when appropriate
Schedule appointments and support agency growth initiatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
Collaborate with team members to support office goals and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships and establish trust quickly
Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable engaging in conversations and learning sales skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior customer service, outreach, or sales experience preferred
Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
