JOIN GROWING CALL CENTER IN VALLEY!!! We have been operating for 30 years and are the largest independent pharmacy benefit solutions company.

Position Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Pay: $21.00/hr with $31.50/hr for overtime.

Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Sunday between 5AM and 10PM. Must be 100% on‑site in Tempe, Arizona.

Responsibilities Handle inbound and follow‑up calls.

Answer inquiries about prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information.

Provide excellent customer service with high attention to detail.

Enter information accurately.

Measured on quality and accuracy, ranging from 50–100 calls a day depending on complexity.

Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or office setting.

Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire, based out of Chandler, AZ, fully on‑site.
