Job Summary: Granite Works Stone Design is seeking a driven and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends high-level sales leadership with operational oversight, requiring a strong understanding of the countertop industry, including production and procurement processes.
The Showroom Manager will oversee showroom performance, support and develop the sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, and installation teams.
Starting Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 base, plus performance-based bonuses

Duties / Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all showroom operations, ensuring a high-performing and professional sales environment
Drive showroom sales performance through active selling, coaching, and accountability
Assist walk-in clients and oversee incoming sales inquiries related to luxury stone countertops
Serve as a senior point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through installation
Train, mentor, and develop showroom sales staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with designers, builders, and trade professionals
Oversee quoting, pricing accuracy, and CRM (HubSpot) usage to ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Collaborate closely with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability, timelines, and job readiness
Manage showroom displays, organization, and overall presentation of materials
Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales metrics to drive continuous improvement
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom events
Ensure all jobs are set up for success by aligning customer expectations with production capabilities
Perform other duties as assigned
This is a sales-driven role.
Success is measured by showroom revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline management. Bonuses are tied directly to performance and hitting targets.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in countertops, construction, or home improvement
Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of stone products (granite, quartz, marble) and the countertop process from templating through installation
Experience with production coordination, procurement, or job flow is highly preferred
Proven ability to drive sales performance and coach team members
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
