resbiotic® is a fast-growing, science-led microbiome company redefining human health through the gut–X axis. Founded by a physician-scientist and NIH researcher, we develop clinically-backed products targeting respiratory, metabolic, and whole-body health.
We are currently scaling rapidly across e-commerce, healthcare practitioners, and national retail, with launches in Walmart, Walgreens, and HEB, and expanding internationally.
We are building a lean, high-performance team focused on execution, ownership, and impact.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Growth Manager to own and drive our brick‑and‑mortgage retail business across existing national accounts and new retail expansion. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role responsible for: Growing revenue within current retail partners Managing broker relationships Opening new retail accounts Ensuring strong in‑store performance and sell‑through This is not a purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who is scrappy, commercially sharp, and highly accountable for results. Key Responsibilities
1. Own Existing Retail Accounts (Revenue + Performance)
H‑E‑B Partner with brokers and buyers to improve sell‑through (velocity) Drive reorders and reduce stockouts Execute promotions, placements, and expansions Track and report: Units per store per week (velocity) Inventory levels 2. Broker Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all retail brokers Hold brokers accountable to clear KPIs and deliverables Ensure consistent pitching of resbiotic® products to buyers Maintain regular communication cadence and performance reviews 3. New Retail Expansion
Build and manage a pipeline of new retail opportunities, including: Regional and national retailers Specialty health and wellness stores Platforms such as Faire Conduct outreach to retail buyers and decision‑makers Support new account onboarding and launch execution 4. Retail Execution & Readiness
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure retail compliance (packaging, labeling, logistics) Promotional calendars and launch plans Smooth execution of new product launches in retail Partner closely with Operations (supply chain) and Marketing teams 5. Reporting & Analytics
Sales performance by account Velocity trends Expansion opportunities Provide weekly updates on performance, risks, and opportunities Who You Are
Experience
4–8 years in CPG, retail, or broker environments Experience managing retail accounts OR working with retail buyers/brokers Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or functional CPG is a plus Execution‑driven: You get things done quickly and reliably Commercially sharp: You understand retail math (velocity, margins, promotions) Scrappy and proactive: Comfortable with outreach, follow‑ups, and building from zero Highly organized: Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Accountable: You take ownership of results, not just activity You Are NOT
