Role Summary
Coordinate or design programs and conduct outreach to promote the religious education or activities of a denominational group. May provide counseling, guidance, and leadership relative to marital, health, financial, and religious problems.

Team Structure Leads a department consisting of 3 full‑time staff members and a rotating cohort of approximately 45 volunteers.
Reports To Reports directly to the Executive Director of Community Programs.
Working Conditions Travel Required: 10% of the time.
Standard business hours with required presence for Sunday services and occasional evening community events.

Ability to navigate a multi‑level community center
Occasional lifting of educational materials up to 10 kg
