SERVPRO of Spokane County is a growing restoration company specializing in emergency mitigation, contents, and reconstruction services. We partner with insurance carriers, strata managers, and commercial clients across the region.

The Role We are looking for a true hunter. Someone who is self-motivated, knows how to break into accounts, build relationships from scratch, and generate new revenue.

This is not a lead-taking role. You will be expected to create opportunities, open doors, and win work across the full breadth of our services including mitigation, contents, and reconstruction in residential, strata, and commercial markets.

What You’ll Do

Prospect daily and build a pipeline from the ground up

Develop relationships with adjusters, strata and property managers, and commercial clients

Break into new accounts and convert them into active clients

Generate and close new revenue across mitigation, contents, and reconstruction

Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and networking

Support emergency response opportunities when needed

Track all activity and opportunities in CRM

Act as a brand ambassador for SERVPRO

Use approved marketing materials to increase visibility

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in sales or business development, service industry preferred

Proven track record of hunting and closing new business

Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection and persistence

Strong presence and ability to build credibility quickly

Self-driven, competitive, and accountable

Valid driver’s license

Compensation

Base salary plus aggressive commission structure

Commission tied directly to new revenue generated and paid monthly

Measured on new revenue generation

Set meetings, lunches, and events with prospects

Track and understand referrals generated from your efforts and maintain communication with those clients
