MedeAnalytics is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Marketing Operations Specialist
to join our high-performing Marketing team. The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals bridging the gap between marketing campaigns and performance to drive data driven decision making. This position serves as the backbone of the marketing department, ensuring that marketing strategies across channels are not only effective but also financially sound and efficiently executed.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind, responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, maintaining lists and data hygiene within, streamlining and automating marketing processes, and providing data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI. This role requires a unique blend of financial management, critical analysis, return on investment measurement, all coupled with marketing operations skills to identify campaign and channel performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Operations team to drive clean, accurate HubSpot and Salesforce data
Monitor lead lifecycle stages, source tracking, and field mappings HubSpot to Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting and campaign execution
Manage ICP segmentation lists, ensuring correct targeting and suppression logic for all outbound campaigns, making recommendations as needed for improvements
Guide, document and refine proposal, contracting, budgeting, and marketing operations processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Input aligned tactics into Project Management tool proactively driving visibility and accountability across Marketing team on assigned tasks and timelines
Work closely with the full Marketing team to support a robust campaign/program calendar, analyzing KPIs and results to hit departmental and organizational goals
Build and maintain dashboards and campaign performance reports across all channels, digital and live events, in HubSpot and Salesforce reporting on ROI measurement across programs and return against spend
Recommend new tests, experiments, and optimizations based on performance insights to optimize results
Partner with Sales Operations to maintain a smooth, accurate lead handoff process
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the interplay between marketing technology tools bringing in new tools to use and adoption of team
Ensure consistent use of naming conventions, folder structure, and operational best practices across all marketing programs
Support data needs, campaign analysis, and reporting as requested by Marketing and Sales partners
Education and Experience
3-5 years of hands‑on marketing operations experience, preferably in a B2B or health IT‑focused organization
Solid understanding of HubSpot deployment and reporting and well as Salesforce objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities
Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, data imports/exports, and troubleshooting sync or automation issues
Analytical and data‑driven mindset with the ability to work with large datasets, identify data quality issues, and report on campaign performance to senior leadership leveraging tools like PowerBI
Extreme attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and validate logic in high‑stakes campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business partners
Collaborative and team‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset
Adaptable, curious, and passionate about emerging technologies like AI, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and improve processes
Additional Information MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD. While this position is not bonus‑eligible, it is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Please note that actual compensation for all roles may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, relevant work experience, professional achievements/qualifications, skill level, business need, location and will be finalized at the time of offer.
