They are looking for a confident, proactive, and caring nanny to look after their sweet 3-year-old son and help keep their home running smoothly. Mornings are dedicated to household tasks: laundry, dishes, and errands, since their little one is in school until 3:00 p.m. Their son is a budding musician who plays both the piano and violin, so they’d love someone who will encourage and support his love for music. A college degree is a plus (but not required!), and the ideal candidate will be confident making decisions and taking initiative when needed. Both parents work outside of the home, and the family travels for work, so someone who is comfortable with occasional overnight care would be a wonderful fit. If you’re dependable, organized, and love working with young children, this could be the perfect match!
The family follows an alternating weekly pattern, rotating between A Week and B Week. As both parents are busy attorneys who travel frequently, flexibility is essential:
Alternating Weekly Schedule (A/B Weeks, 40hrs/week)
Week A:
Mon: Off Tues: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM Wed: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thurs: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Fri: Off Sat: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Week B:
Mon: Off Tues: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM Wed: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thurs: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Fri–Sat: 5:30 PM – 1:00 PM (next day)

Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional nannying experience
Must be legal to work in the US
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be comfortable around one hypoallergenic dog
Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car to get to work
Must be Covid‑vaccinated and boosted if eligible
