Fulfillment Specialist

Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist Duration: 6 Months + Possibility of extension/ FTE Location: Merritt Island, FL Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and material handling. This role focuses on accurate inventory tracking, cycle counting, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Handle packaging, labeling, sorting, and staging of materials Perform data entry and maintain inventory records Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Support continuous improvement and basic root cause analysis Qualifications: 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience Forklift/PIT equipment experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Good communication and problem-solving skills Experience in aerospace or automotive industry (preferred)
