Assistant Account Manager

Brown & Brown is seeking Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team in Rome, GA! The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for retention and client relationship management. The Assistant Account Manager works in tandem with the Account Manager/Executive to assist and ensure customer satisfaction by processing services requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. How You Will Contribute: Prepare renewal letters and questionnaires; follow up on quotes and set up activities. Assist with marketing by gathering information and preparing/sending applications; follow up on quotes. Complete the Commercial Lines Checklist. Request experience mods and worksheets from the bureau. Order and track loss runs. Proofread proposals, submissions, summaries, and related documents. Assemble and collate submissions, proposals, and summaries of insurance. Set up policy files and policy books as needed. Prepare the first draft of summaries. Handle data entry, invoicing, bond processing, and related tasks in AMS360. Process routine endorsement requests, issue vehicle ID cards, order MVRs, and issue certificates (Master set up by Account Manager). Complete photocopying tasks and support special projects assigned by Account Managers or office managers. Licenses & Certifications: Current Georgia Resident Property & Casualty Agent's license Professional Designation (CISR, CIC, ARM, etc.) Skills & Experience to be Successful: High School Diploma Bachelor's degree in risk management or similar field (preferred) Independent/self-starter with an acute attention to detail. Professional appearance and customer service driven attitude. Ability to work under stressful conditions with frequent interruptions. Accuracy and speed are strong requirements. Organized and reliable. Prioritize and plan work activities. Capable of handling difficult customers.
