AI Strategy & Incubation Lead

Sector Research & Strategic Framing:
Conduct in-depth research on the evolution of global AI models, the development of Agentic AI, and their applications across vertical industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. Deliver analytically rigorous insights and strategic recommendations with strong domain depth. Strategy Execution & Project Management:
Support senior management in translating the company’s annual strategy into clear and executable milestones. Act as a strategic PMO across R&D, product, and go-to-market functions to ensure effective implementation of key strategic initiatives. Internal Venture Building:
Identify commercially viable AI application opportunities and lead high-caliber cross-functional teams from 0 to 1 to validate MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). Take ownership of early-stage market entry and resource allocation for incubated initiatives. Requirements
At least 3 years of investment experience in the AI sector within a VC/PE platform, with hands-on experience leading AI-related investments. Prior entrepreneurial experience, or experience leading new business incubation initiatives within a previous organization, is strongly preferred. Background in both a technical discipline and finance, with a strong interest in technology. Solid understanding of the AI ecosystem, large language models, and the commercialization logic of AI applications. Strong learning agility and adaptability. Report to Co-Founder, fluent in both Chinese and English
