Location: Williamsburg Brooklyn## QualificationsRequired Qualifications:* This role is part of a School-Age Child Care (SACC) licensed program, and the selected candidate must meet all qualifications required for approval as an Assistant Director; El Puente is committed to supporting staff growth while ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing requirements.* Experience in youth development, education, community organizing, or enrichment programmingPreferred Qualifications:* Ability to balance strategic thinking with daily operational execution* Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills* Commitment to social justice, community empowerment, and youth leadership* Bilingual in English/Spanish preferredSchedule:This is a full-time position based in Brooklyn, NY.
