A-V Services Inc., a leading Audio/ Video company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industries, seeks a skilled Administrative / Tech Writer / Threat Modelling Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide comprehensive documentation, threat modelling, and administrative support for engineering teams.

Objectives:

Ensure effective project management, clear technical documentation, and robust threat modelling to support the identification, mitigation, and resolution of CORE issues within engineering teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation.

Develop technical documentation and operational guides.

Identify and document security risks; support mitigation strategies.

Track and resolve CORE (Critical Operations, Risk, and Engineering) issues

Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or a related field

Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, and administrative support

Strong understanding of threat modelling and security risk identification

Experience supporting engineering teams and managing project documentation

Excellent organizational and project coordination skills

Proficiency in developing technical documentation and operational guides

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to track and resolve critical issues efficiently

Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies and security best practices

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or technical writing certifications) are a plus
