Our growth team (product & marketing) is directly responsible for achieving high double‑digit growth by driving customer acquisition through strategic and innovative approaches.
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager – Innovative Channels to identify, launch, and scale new customer acquisition channels. This high‑impact, high‑autonomy role will explore uncharted channels—from insurance affiliates and direct mail to emerging platforms like AppLovin and Reddit—and turn early signals into scalable growth engines. You will bring strong marketing fundamentals, sharp analytical instincts, and creative vision to find Jerry’s next big growth levers.
Critically, you will also pioneer how Jerry uses AI agents to transform the way we operate and scale marketing—shaping the expansion roadmap, influencing company strategy, and defining modern growth marketing. You will work directly with the VP of Growth, the executive team, and the CEO.
How You Will Make Impact
Own end‑to‑end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across paid and partnership‑based channels (e.g., affiliates, direct mail, social platforms, emerging ad networks)
Shape the innovative channel roadmap—identifying high‑potential opportunities and making the strategic case for investment
Apply strong marketing fundamentals—audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, landing page optimization—to novel channel contexts
Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations: identify where AI can accelerate testing, automate workflows, and unlock new capabilities
Design and execute rigorous experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, run tests, interpret results, and scale what works
Analyze performance across full‑funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality), identify trends, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations
Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure and assets that make new channels succeed
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar)
Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders
Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers—bidding, targeting, creative, landing page optimization—and the ability to apply them across diverse contexts
Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full‑funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and storytelling through data
Genuine creative acumen—having a point of view on compelling creative and partnering effectively with designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life
Excited about and experienced with applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work, not just as a productivity hack but as a strategic capability
Curiosity and resourcefulness: energized by channels and problems you haven’t fully solved before, and capable of getting up to speed quickly
Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with an ownership mentality—unsettled by “good enough”

Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
