Commercial Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Commercial Marketing Coordinator Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Payrate: $36/hour Duration: 12-month assignment Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Marketing Coordinator to support a global marketing team focused on driving business growth through compelling B2B content. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in marketing, content development, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will create and manage sales enablement materials, maintain content systems, and support team communications and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and support development of marketing content strategies Create compelling B2B marketing content including presentations, email communications, and sales enablement materials Ensure all content is accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives Manage and maintain an online content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and easily accessible Support weekly reporting by tracking project statuses and maintaining team communication hubs Assist with operational processes and team coordination to support a globally distributed marketing team What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, English, marketing, advertising, or a related field Interest in B2B marketing, particularly within advertising technology or digital platforms Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Ability to create persuasive, audience-focused content and presentations High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across global teams Proficiency with presentation tools (Keynote or similar preferred) Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX Core Competencies B2B Marketing Content Development Content Management & Organization Cross-Functional Collaboration Communication & Storytelling Project Coordination TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
