Connie Phillips Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. This position focuses on commercial and business insurance, working directly with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored coverage solutions.

Candidates must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P/C) license and have a minimum of three years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive excellent support and guidance with their insurance needs.
