Help guests buy with confidence as a Sales Professional at Baxter Auto Group. Open positions are located at Mercedes‑Benz of Omaha, Audi Omaha, Baxter Volkswagen of Omaha, and Lexus of Lincoln.
Job Type Full‑time, Monday‑Saturday; Saturday availability required.

Your Purpose As a Sales Professional
Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high‑quality guest and employee experience.
Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency of the sales process.
Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle‑free guest buying journey.
Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee’s needs are met.
Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
Maintain current state sales license and complete continuing education requirements.
Control the sale to secure each sale and ensure each vehicle sold is delivered.
Generate additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources, including manufacturers.
Check paperwork for correct title, lien, taxes, before forwarding to accounting.
Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Other duties as required by leadership.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
Higher‑end customer‑facing experience (e.g., B2B sales, account management).
Relationship‑building experience (e.g., real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, restaurant leadership).
Other related experiences.
